Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BIMNESNE uses personal data for accounts, company catalogues, downloads, support and plan administration. The data controller is ArtF4 TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM MÜH. VE DAN. LTD. What data is processed?

  • Accounts: names, email addresses, profile and authentication records.
  • Companies: representative and team relationships, company contact details and submitted content.
  • Usage: service records concerning searches, product views, downloads and collection actions.
  • Support: messages, requests and their handling history.
  • Plans: selections, periods, quotas and, where available, invoice or verified-payment information.
  • Security: IP addresses, sessions, access and error records.

Not every category is collected from every user; processing depends on the feature used. Card-entry fields and online payment collection are currently unavailable. The platform does not request special-category personal data. Do not place unnecessary personal or confidential information in descriptions, files or messages.

Why is it used?

Relevant records are used to manage accounts and company authority, provide the selected service, publish content, enable downloads, calculate plan entitlement and respond to support requests. Security and transaction records help prevent misuse and protect rights. Activity-specific legal grounds are explained in the personal data notice.

Who can access it?

Published company and product information, and collections you make public, can be viewed by internet users. Draft and account-management access depends on role and company scope. Authorised company users can access company information relevant to their responsibilities. Support, hosting, file-storage and email providers may access data needed for their tasks. Information is disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required. This policy does not authorise the sale of personal data for advertising.

Cookies and external links

Session and security cookies are explained in the cookie policy. Google Analytics measurement is not enabled in this release. External manufacturer and reference websites apply their own privacy rules. Any international transfer must meet the applicable conditions and safeguards of Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. Reading this policy is not blanket consent to transfers.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained only as necessary for the service purpose, legal retention obligations and protection of rights. An expired plan hides products; it does not automatically erase content or invoice history. Account-closure and deletion requests are assessed alongside relevant rights, legal duties and team relationships. When retention grounds no longer apply, data must be deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Security and requests

Access controls, secure connections and file checks are used; no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and report suspicious activity. Procedures for access, correction, deletion and other statutory rights are provided in the personal data notice. This policy does not constitute marketing permission or explicit consent.
