BIMNESNE is a digital platform where manufacturers publish BIM objects and product information, and architects, engineers and design teams discover those resources. This agreement covers membership, the company panel and use of the platform.
1. Operator and contact
The platform operator is ArtF4 TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM MÜH. VE DAN. LTD. ŞTİ., at Çamtepe Mah. Mahmut Tevfik Atay Bul. Gaziantep Üniversitesi Teknopark, 4C Blok, No: 33/203, Şahinbey/GAZİANTEP. For account, content or agreement enquiries, contact [email protected].
2. Accounts and company authority
Keep your account information accurate and current. Do not share passwords; report suspected unauthorised use. Anyone applying or publishing for a company must have authority to represent it and use the uploaded content. Company representatives manage team access through their panel. Account email verification is separate from company approval; the verification notice does not block sign-in.
3. Publication and content responsibility
Bulk import creates drafts, without automatically publishing them. Public visibility depends on company and product approval, valid plan entitlement and publication status. Company approval is not certification of technical suitability or regulatory compliance.
The publishing company is responsible for the accuracy, currency and necessary rights of product references, dimensions, descriptions, images, files and documents. Unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content must not be uploaded. To report infringement, provide the product URL and supporting information. Access to the relevant content may be restricted during review.
4. Free trial and paid plans
A new company's 14-day free trial starts on company approval. A paid period starts after payment is verified and the company is approved. Unused trial entitlement is added to the first paid period; if the trial has not started, that entitlement is 14 days. Waiting for approval does not consume these periods. Trial entitlement is not granted again with every plan change.
Selecting a plan does not constitute payment. Online payment collection is currently unavailable. When payment becomes available, the price, currency, period and terms will be displayed before the transaction. Automatic charging or renewal is not promised. If a period ends without payment, products are hidden from the public catalogue while content and editor records are retained. Plan limits and current access are shown in the company panel.
5. Use of files
Assess files in the intended application version and a separate test project. Verify suitability against current manufacturer documentation and project requirements. Follow any licence and manufacturer terms supplied with the file. Do not resell, redistribute or claim ownership without permission. Content rights remain with their owners. Uploading authorises the use necessary to host, display and deliver the content through authorised downloads as part of the service.
6. Security and service limits
Unauthorised access, harmful files, bypassing security measures and disruptive use are prohibited. Access may be restricted as necessary for maintenance, security or infringement review. Catalogue information is not technical consultancy or a physical-product sale. Statutory responsibilities remain applicable; this agreement does not waive mandatory rights.
7. Data, communications and termination
Personal data is processed under the personal data notice and privacy policy. Membership is not marketing consent. Account security, verification and service-status messages are separate from campaigns. Account-closure requests are assessed alongside legal retention duties and company ownership or team relationships; ending the service does not immediately erase every record.
8. Changes and disputes
Revisions are published with an updated date; material changes affecting rights are also notified. New terms do not retrospectively change an existing paid period. Turkish law applies, while statutory consumer remedies remain available where the transaction qualifies as a consumer transaction. Disputes are subject to the authorities competent under applicable law.
