EN 877 CAST IRON GENERIC

Saint-Gobain has developed a EN 877 Generic Cast Iron content Library for Consultant designer to use early stage design.

All fittings are within the standard geometry requirements and fully parametric.

The pipe template also comes with the Pipe segments set up.

This generic library can be over-written with our Full Data Manufactured libraries, without causing any issues to the design.

This makes the transition from design consultants to Main Contract MEP design engineers more lean and in sync with project design. More importantly this process reduces design time for the project stages when designing systems in Cast Iron EN 877.

 EPDM plug is used to connect cast iron pipes to the drains of small diameters.

The Above and Below Ground fully range of fittings available.

v1.1 - Assemblies of (2x45° bends) and (1x45° single branch + 1x45° short radius bend) introduce in the pipe routing to automate respectively 90° change or direction or 90° branching. can be drilled to the appropriate diameter for connections to evacuations from 32 mm to 54 mm and the rubber cover, removed if necessary.
